How to Order – Custom Name or Photo Engraved Wallet

  1. Place your order as usual.
  2. After checkout, email your photo and/or name/text along with the font number you prefer to support@scraften.com.
  3. Photo engraving will be done on the front of the wallet.
  4. We’ll engrave the photo on the front and the text on the back, If you order both photo + text
  5. If you want both photo and text, please send them together in one email.
  6. If you need background removal, please mention it clearly in your message.

Photo Guidelines (Important)

  • Please send original photos only (do not send screenshots).
  • High-resolution images produce the best engraving results.
  • We strongly recommend sending photos via email, as email attachments retain higher image quality than messaging apps.
  • When emailing, please include your order number in the subject or message for faster processing.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

 For Custom Made Items:

Custom made items do not accept return or exchange if there are no damages or other issues caused by the seller.

All the Wedding Dresses, Special Occassion Dresses are custom made items,  and other items which emphasize that it is a custom made one in the description.

For Not Custom Made Items:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. and we will make the refund after getting the parcel within 3 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ladydressall@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the returned shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. we will be responsible for the international shipping cost.

Returned items without damages and issues
1. we are sorry that you are not satisfied with the item. Please contact our customer service for a return within 7 days you receive the item
2. You will be responsible for the shipping cost

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days.
